NXTKB is a tool for Network Zen that can convert help desk tickets to knowledgebase articles using AI.

Prerequisites:

  • A Windows PC
  • Python 3.12.10
  • Ollama LLM (run 'ollama pull llama3' in Command Prompt to get the 'llama3' language model)

How to run:

  1. Run "NXTKB.exe"
  2. Click "Next" on the welcome screen
  3. Locate the XML file to use, which contains the service tickets (for this demo, use the test_report.xml)
  4. Choose where to save the resulting JSON file, which will contain the knowledgebase articles
  5. Click "Next" to start the AI generation process
  6. On the "Finished" screen, you can either exit the program or click "Back" to create more knowledgebase articles
