Two small fixes: Start with Windows now works in the portable version, and the microphone list
keeps up when you change your default mic.

Start with Windows, in the portable version

The portable .exe unpacks itself into a temporary folder every time it runs, and Clipper was
registering that temporary copy to start at sign-in. By the next morning the folder was gone, or
worse, half gone — so Windows either found nothing to start, or started a broken copy that closed
straight away. The switch in Settings said it was on the whole time.

Clipper now registers the .exe you actually launched. If you already had the switch on, you do not
need to do anything: opening this version once repairs the old entry. Since Windows starts the
file from where it sits, if you move the .exe later, switch the setting off and on again.

The installed version was not affected.

The default microphone, by name

"Use default device" shows which microphone that currently means. That name was read when Clipper
started, so changing your default in Windows left it showing the old one. It now updates as soon as
Windows reports the change — and when you plug a mic in or pull one out — at no cost while nothing
changes.
