3.0 introduces some changes to the data commands:

• An empty record (;;) in the datalog indicates the start of a new logging session.
• Use GET devicePower to check if a device is powered off and SET devicePower 1 to turn it on.
• Retrieve the device's time zone with GET deviceTimeZone or update it using SET deviceTimeZone.
• Clear the datalog by executing the RESET datalog command.
