OK, I won't notify you again about this release, but will get in touch when a new version is available. If you'd rather skip all updates until the next major or minor version, let me know by commenting @dependabot ignore this major version or @dependabot ignore this minor version. You can also ignore all major, minor, or patch releases for a dependency by adding an ignore condition with the desired update_types to your config file.

If you change your mind, just re-open this PR and I'll resolve any conflicts on it.

@Byron @EliahKagan Just for context: once #2276 is merged, I want to start experimenting with updating to imara-diff 0.2. I first want to test the new version in the context of gix-blame alone, to reduce scope a bit, in order to figure out a) how much we would need to adapt existing code and b) how well it fares compared to 0.1 and git with respect to postprocessing diff sliders.

That's so great to hear 🎉! I also would love to see if for practical purposes, in gix-blame, there is a performance difference between the old and the new implementation. Now we'd also do diff-slider handling, for example.
Of course, one instrumentation run will probably reveal the impact, if there is any, and I will be excited to perform that as well. My guess is that most time is still spent in the tree traversal/object decoding, just like before.
