Added

• First install wizard (python -m recall.cli setup) with hardware probing, optional cloud API keys,
  hardware gated embedder and sparse backend selection, optional entailment judge selection, and
  calibration path persistence through .env.
• Calibration file path handling now accepts either a file or a directory and resolves it before
  saving, so a file picked anywhere on disk can be imported automatically on later runs.
• The setup wizard now rejects host style Windows paths when run inside Docker and tells the user
  to use the mounted container path instead.

• Calibration is auto loaded during CLI, MCP server, and trust layer startup.
• The optional entailment judge is now exposed through setup and .env driven startup.
