Update

  • Added "LightBlue" to custom character colors. This is the same shade of blue used by stock Heroes

Download ICEditor.zip below and unzip it anywhere you want. Missions are saved and loaded from the "Imperial Commander" subfolder inside your personal Documents folder. This subfolder is automatically created for you, if it doesn't already exist.
