docs: rewrite README for end users, add MIT license

README audience shift (maintainer decision, 2026-07-23): the README was
written for contributors — full source layout, test/publish instructions,
internal 'launch options vs environments' reasoning. That content moves
to AGENTS.md (Testing, Publishing sections added there); README now
targets someone evaluating whether to connect their AI agent to
genesisWorld.

- Opens with a plain-language pitch (Claude/Cursor/MCP, CRM, natural
  language) instead of an internal tool-count status line
- Quick start leads with the MCP client JSON config (the actual first
  step for most users), Docker moved to a 'self-hosting' section further
  down
- New 'What you can ask it' section with concrete example prompts
- Flows table stays visible (7 rows, the actual pitch); the 60-row atomic
  tool reference is now collapsed in a <details> accordion
- Fixed a stale count along the way: the old 'Read (35)' heading never
  matched the 37 rows actually listed
- Dropped from README (now living only in AGENTS.md, which already had
  most of it): Source layout, Requirements, Build-from-source — avoids
  duplicating content for two different audiences

License:
- Added LICENSE (MIT) and package.json 'license' field — previously
  missing entirely, which blocks npm's own license display and most
  'awesome-mcp' directory listings
- License badge added to README
