PR in DNS provider v2 cascade (PR 1 #15 merged c7c1ac8). Adds godaddy adapter (libdns/godaddy v1.1.0) self-registering via init(). Iface-typed .provider field per cycle-3 architectural pattern. Cred keys verified upstream 2026-05-26. Unit tests + plugin-binary build green.
