PR in DNS provider v2 cascade. Adds GoDaddy adapter (libdns/godaddy v1.1.0) self-registering via init(). Iface-typed .provider. Strict : validation. ⚠ API restricted to accounts with 50+ domains. Tests + plugin-binary build green.
Replaces #20 (rebased go.sum).
