- Replaced separate command-generation state with one continuous observed-state authority
- Added reliable Lock and Unlock confirmation from fresh post-command MQTT evidence
- Supports mixed gte=1 GRITLock patterns
- Supports sparse and all-gte=0 Lock and Unlock patterns
- Corrected startup GRITLock hydration across both tested installation types
- Preserves valid state on incomplete evidence or command timeout
- Invalidates state on complete disagreement or MQTT disconnect
- Preserves gate startup hydration and RFID authority behavior
