What's changed

• Created a time calculator struct that now handles building the time.Time object.
• For parse functions that use time calculator (all but ParseTimeLength), adding on days, months and years is more accurate.
• Moved all string lexing to the internal lexer and created statement structs for all things that can be lexed, making the main parse functions a lot readable and simpler.
• Added ParseDate function to only parse date and daytimes in strings to a time.Time object

What's planned

• Parsing dates written out as interchangeable date, month name and year (1st January 2025)
