🔧 Patch Release v2.0.4 - HTTP 411 Error Fix

Bug Fix

Fixed HTTP 411 error for POST requests with empty body.

Problem:

/unregister endpoint failed with "411 Length Required" because POST requests without body didn't send Content-Length header.

Solution:

API client now sets Content-Length: 0 automatically for empty POST/PUT/PATCH/DELETE requests.

Impact:

/unregister and similar endpoints now work correctly. No code changes needed.
