IpnSetupResponse Structure Correction

Updated IpnSetupResponse to match the actual Digistore24 API response structure.

Changed Properties:

• created: Changed from string to bool (converts Y/N automatically)
• updated: Changed from string to bool (converts Y/N automatically)
• deleted: Changed from string to bool (converts Y/N automatically)

Added Properties:

• domainId: Domain ID identifying the IPN connection
• shaPassphrase: SHA passphrase for parameter signing
• ipnConfigId: IPN configuration ID
• ipnId: IPN ID

Removed Properties:

• accountId: Not present in actual API response
• fullResponse: Not present in actual API response

Implementation:

• Now uses TypeConverter utility for Y/N to boolean conversion
• Follows project conventions and utility class usage

⚠️ Breaking Change: Properties created, updated, and deleted are now bool instead of string.
