ValidateAffiliateRequest Parameter Correction

• Fixed HTTP method from POST to GET (per OpenAPI specification)
• Corrected parameter name from affiliateId to affiliateName
• Added missing required parameter productIds
• Fixed API parameter names to affiliate_name and product_ids
