Memory Viewer for Memory Map v2.0 (US)

Puts the heap value, running frame count, Fox coords, mount coords, ESW corrds into shared memory to be used by Memory tracking tool. Using shared memory in this way may mean it currently only works on windows. Only works for US ISOs.
