Protocol fee now charged on yield (surplus over winners' stakes) only — never principal. A winner never receives less than their stake; all-on-winner markets return full stake. Fixes the phantom sub-stake payout that made a win look like a loss. Fee default 250→1000 (10% of yield). Tests updated.
