• rule elements support safeMode: true — prints a plain ASCII -
  line instead of the native box-drawing character, for clone printers
  that print garbage (^^^^^^^^^) instead of a line.
• qrcode elements support safeMode: true — prints as a raster image
  instead of the native QR command, same fallback pdf417 already had.
• connect({ profile }) — pass a full BluetoothPrinterProfile to
  connect printers not in the built-in profile table, without forking
  the library. Works combined with compat: true. BluetoothPrinterProfile
  is now exported from the package root.
