  • Fixes sustained hard clipping and harsh broadband distortion at high LowEnd/Body settings.
  • Derives headroom from the combined low-shelf, Body injection, and virtual-feedback gain.
  • Applies headroom to the complete Circuit blend.
  • Restores up to 3 dB with bounded automatic makeup gain.
  • Adds a continuous soft-knee peak protector near full scale.
  • Keeps Swift Native and portable C++ Core processing in parity.
  • Normalizes dB readouts that previously displayed -0.0 dB.

Verification

  • Core tests and high-control clipping regression passed.
  • DSP parity passed at 44.1/48/96/192/768 kHz.
  • macOS Native and portable Core CI passed.
