Delt-Arcade Pre-Release v0.2

Note:

Do not expect this repo to become active again, I just got hyper-fixated on the project again.

What's changed?

A lot has changed, let's go over it.

Base Changes

+ Repository/Project name has been changed from "Delt-DIY-Scanner" to "Delt-Arcade"
+ Project now is AI Assisted (only marked as a positive, as it makes life easier for some parts I have no experience in.)
+ WebUI for Delt-Arcade now exists! (Delt-Arcade-WebUI v0.1)
+ Repository is now properly managed.

Scanner changes

...Nothing has changed.

WebUI Changes

+ Version update from `null` to `v0.1`
+ A huge amount of WebUI Work
+ Login system with MongoDB + FastAPI
+ Card management system
+ Admin panel to authenticate credit requests and users.

Why change this project to being AI-Assisted instead of learning web developement yourself?

Good question, the truthful and honest answer is I just do not have the time to learn web development. I work a part time job on the weekends, and have college through (almost) all of the week. Learning WebDev work is just not in my time. I have to juggle life into all of this too. I no longer have the huge amount of free time I had during High School.

What does the future of this project look like?

The long answer is: Well, now with AI-Assisting, I have a lot more help with WebUIs, which are great tools for end-users. However, most python will still be 100% Human coded (except for webui.py).

The Short Answer: Nothing. We just have a WebUI by an AI now.

What's next?

Well, we're getting a redesign on the scanners from the placeholder theming I had thanks to @Uzziaheart on X/Twitter (thanks wifey~!). I'm also going to try to work on making these scanners portable! So that way you can just plug it in over USB, and it will just work. I'm also working on a recode of the scanner to hopefully make it a bit more efficient? I just can't work on this old codebase.

Well, that's all from me now. Enjoy the new release! Cya! - DeltaDev/GooberDelta
