Kokkos backend and Line-sweeping

Migrated to Kokkos backend and experimented with line-sweeping. The former gives us access to shared memory, while the latter was an experiment in more efficient evaluation of the upper cascades, appears rarely more efficient in sparse models vs the mip stack (as it needs to trace the entire volume). Could be used to implement a short-characterisitics model.
