• paperbark monitor accepts a repeatable --source NAME flag that
  scopes the run to a subset of configured [[sources]] entries by
  name (e.g. --source staging --source prod). Mirrored as
  [monitor].only = ["staging", "prod"] in TOML; CLI overrides TOML.
  An unknown name is a hard error that lists the configured sources.
  Empty / absent preserves the prior "capture from every source"
  behaviour bit-for-bit. Saves commenting out [[sources]] blocks
  when only one tenant needs a quick run.
