This pull request adds OmniOKF to the community & ecosystem tools list under the Generation & publishing section.

OmniOKF is a zero-system-dependency Python compiler that transforms raw, unstructured document formats (.pdf, .docx, .xlsx, .pptx, .html, and .md) into structured, cross-linked Open Knowledge Format (OKF) bundles using Microsoft's markitdown and Gemini Flash.

Updated the README to reflect community tools and contributing guidelines.

Hi maintainers and team,

I have opened PR #178 to add OmniOKF (a zero-dependency Python compiler for OKF using Gemini Flash) to the new community tools list under the Generation & publishing section.

If you prefer to merge this PR (#167) first, I will be happy to rebase my branch once it's merged to resolve any conflicts. Let me know what you prefer!
