Project status

Tumor/Normal genome simulation:

• automatize artificial data generation (CWL or Snakemake)
• current dataset with DEL/INS only. Generate inversions (INV), duplications (DUP) and traslocations (TRA)

Collect biological data with ground truth:

• GiaB Tumor/Normal simulation
• COLO829 Tumor/Normal
• OC26 (missing Normal)

IntSVc:

• multiple win per BPJ, on CR position
• added support for T/N data
• added start/end lab for SVs (DEL and INS)
