Version 3.2: Major cleanups and refactoring

This update refactors most of the code to be much more maintainable as well as improved error handling and UX feedback. If there are no issues opened as a result of this release, this is the final release before I publish the extension to the Chrome Webstore!

Still haven't fixed the quick-paste feature (see v3.0), but that might come after I handle the Chrome Webstore approval process.
