Same content as 0.3.0, with one change to how axe-core is injected (below). Both versions install identically; 0.3.1 is the recommended one. Everything listed under 0.3.0 below ships in 0.3.1.

• axe-core is injected into each document through jsdom's VM context. 0.3.0 gave each
  scanned document its own axe instance by evaluating axe's source as a string in the
  document's window. It now runs one script, compiled once per process, through jsdom's
  documented VM context. Findings are identical (measured on 15 real repositories: every
  fingerprint kept), and the source is no longer recompiled for every document.
