RTGOV-320 Support Wildfly8. Fixes to avoid UserTransaction lookup error ...
…or and JSON deserialisation due to upgrade to more recent (fasterxml) version of jackson. Created fat war for wildfly as problems with drools modules. NOTE: Currently security disabled until KeyCloak support added.
