• Deliver check-in system notifications on the main run loop before entering MainActor-isolated callbacks. This fixes the v1.6.17 crash when macOS posts a day-change notification from a background thread. / 在进入 MainActor 回调前先将打卡系统通知切至主线程，修复 1.6.17 遇到系统后台发出跨日通知时崩溃的问题。
• Route meeting reminder sleep/wake notifications through the main run loop as well. / 会议提醒的睡眠和唤醒通知也统一切至主线程，避免同类问题。

• 380 Swift tests executed, 17 optional skips, zero failures; 21 Python quality tests passed.
