PONG v1.3.1
PONG v1.3.1
This release rebuilds the Online match lifecycle and improves the feel of network play from room creation through rematch.
What changed
- Matches now continue correctly after every point instead of getting stuck before the next serve.
- Serve prompts identify whose turn it is and reject input from the wrong player.
- Snapshot smoothing makes ball and paddle motion feel steadier at the server update rate.
- Room creation and joining wait for sleeping servers and prevent duplicate requests.
- Room-code copying now uses the browser clipboard correctly in the Web build.
- Heartbeats keep waiting rooms connected, while stale movement input now stops safely.
- Online pause, leave, disconnect, game-over, and two-player rematch states transition cleanly.
- Automated tests now play a real two-client match through room creation, scoring, and the next serve.
