A duplicate strategy that doesn't fail if the content is the same

While using shadow in detekt we get a lot of messages like this:

'META-INF/dev.detekt_detekt-cli.kotlin_module' is matched by com.github.jengelman.gradle.plugins.shadow.transformers.KotlinModuleMetadataTransformer_Decorated but its DuplicatesStrategy is EXCLUDE — duplicates may be silently dropped before the transformer processes them.
Set it to INCLUDE or WARN to ensure all duplicates are processed by the transformer.

In this case EXCLUDE feels good for us but only if the content is the same for all those files. If it is not the same we want to fail so we can check what's going on. Is that possible?
