Changes:

• Fixed an issue with not being able to click the Save button on the Settings window.
• Updated the main window's menu and added shortcuts to run addition commands.
• Improved map handling and added a new "Custom Maps" window to manage custom maps (this will cause you to lose any existing custom map IDs, sorry).
• Added an option in Settings to hide the "ID" column in the Mods list on the main window.
• Replaced the Mod field "Description" with "Comments" (this will cause you to lose any existing descriptions, sorry).
• Some lite code tidy up.
