Help with "Load error" issue #130
|
Hello again Load error This is causing my sampleset to be unplayable, yet when I save it and write the ODF file from GoOdf it didnt show any errors in this regard. What and where could the cause be? How can I use GoOdf to find said problem? Thanks! |

GoOdf isn't even close to being perfect in the ODF validation. Many things can still be wrong without the user getting any warning... With this case you should inspect the first referenced rank of Stop014 (count the number of stops from the first manual in sequence starting with Stop001 for the first one) and check the pipe count in the spin control at the bottom: Apparently it's possible to set the pipe count to zero... More troublesome is that according to GrandOrgue help a 0 should be a "valid" number - even though it's indeed pretty senseless. It would make more sense if the lower limit was 1 for the pipe count which it apparently in reality is when opening/loading a sample set in GrandOrgue. The help file and reality in GrandOrgue thus seems to not be matching each other. |
