Formalize equality/hashing for data structures, which:

  • Enables expected-vs-actual unit testing through TestCase.assertEquals
  • Continues to let Upgrades be hashed for the UI code's widget dict.
  • Pushes values and yamlPath into being immutable tuples instead of vulnerably mutable lists. Post-creation mutation is unnecessary for these objects.
