BRAND-1: finish rebrand to "management" (non-SPA surfaces)#101

The SPA copy was already rebranded (index.html "Management, Reimagined";
package.json "Management for teams who think differently"). Finish the job on
the developer-facing surfaces so the wording is consistent everywhere:
- start: CLI help line + ASCII banner ("Graph-native management system")
- public/install.sh: installer description comment
- tools/document.sh: generated overview ("reimagines management as...")
- tests/run-all-tests.js: HTML report subtitle
- CLAUDE.md: rename "Slick Dialog Revolution" heading → "Contextual Dialog
Direction" (drop the "revolution" framing)
Short, descriptive, general "management" — not "project management", not the
"everything tool".
