Good catch — the README was wrong, the code was already right.

graphify codex install has always installed a PreToolUse hook in .codex/hooks.json in addition to writing AGENTS.md (same always-on mechanism as Claude Code). The paragraph in the README incorrectly grouped Codex with platforms that lack hook support. Fixed in the README now.
