Gemini CLI failing to access graphify knowledge

Thankyou for creating this tool.

This is my first time using it. I installed graphify for gemini cli in my project, it successfully installed the skill and also generated the graphify-out files.

Currently the issue is gemini is failing to read the graph files evidenced by this error.

Is it a bug or issue at my end?

My environment:
Windows 10, tried in CMD and Git Bas, failed in both.

Fixed: Gemini BeforeTool hook now uses python -c instead of bash [ -f ... ] syntax, so it works on Windows CMD and Git Bash as well as Linux/macOS.
