增加了香港繁体中文 (zh_HK)

更新日志/Changelog：
1.新增语言：香港繁体中文 (zh_HK)/New language: Hong Kong Traditional Chinese (zh_HK)
2.软件自带的皮肤文件夹添加回来(之前删了，现在复原回去)/Add back the skin folder that comes with the software (deleted before, now restored)

之后的翻译方向/Translation directions after that：
我认为先把中国的语言先翻译好再翻译外国的，我认为这样很好，不过我随时会改变主意，所以这是暂时的主意。/I think it's pretty good to have the Chinese translated first and then the foreign one but I'm subject to change my mind at any time so it's just a temporary solution.

为什么更新较慢？/Why is the update slow?
因为这个项目就我一个人，所以慢了啊，大家谅解。/Because I am the only one in this project, I am slow. Please forgive me.
