Token managment - error when entering the page

Expected Behavior

There is no error, tokens are shown.

Current Behavior

Error is displayed (Cannot invoke "org.graylog2.plugin.database.users.User.isExternalUser()" because "user" is null), token list is empty.

Navigate to "System" -> "Users and Teams" and click "Token Management" in the secondary menu.

Uhh, nice catch!
In this case, a token exists, but its owner was already deleted from the database.

After talking to Tully, we agreed to list the token whose user was already deleted and mark it with a ⚠ -icon. Additionally, a system-job should scan the tokens for missing owners and delete these - #22091 for the ticket.
