Reintroduce refresh token feature

The Snowflake access token has a 10-minute duration, which may not be sufficient for completing streaming of longer datasets, and the client will need to have the ability to refresh itself. I checked the system, and the refresh token that we save in the connected account model is not single-use, so we will not encounter problems using it with the gem.

Fix streaming issue

This release includes a fix for the streaming issue when no values are returned.

Sync the fork with the upstream repository that is currently at version 1.5.0

Remove unecessery refresh token functionality

The Great Question app already refreshes integration tokens daily, making this feature unnecessary on this client. This release removes this feature and adjusts the interface.

Adds authentication method from_oauth2_token

This release introduces a new authentication method. Previously, the client only supported key/pair authentication; it now also supports OAuth2 tokens.
