Restores Google Drive folder selection inside Playnite.

  • Replaces the browser-based Google Picker with the Playnite-native hierarchical folder browser.
  • Exposes My Drive and Shared with me as browse-only roots, with nested concrete folders available for selection.
  • Keeps recursive read-only Google Drive discovery and removes the Google Picker API-key dependency.
  • Adds regression coverage for Shared with me folder enumeration.
