Validation

The exact frozen tgz passed same-byte Web and Headless installation, host-lock readback, restart lifecycle, and cleanup on native macOS and Windows. Candidate, main, and tag CI passed on Ubuntu, macOS, and Windows. Public npm readback confirmed latest=0.3.1, the exact gitHead, shasum, integrity, and tarball bytes.
