  package, with no Obsidian runtime dependency.
• Add a standalone web player with local package upload/drop, native SVG
  rendering, Boolean tag controls, reset/close, and byte-preserving downloads.
• Publish a self-contained browser module, typed npm-compatible library, and
  static web distribution.
• Define an injectable tag-service interface and explicit refresh for external
  snapshot updates. The included service uses independent local memory tags.
• Retain the existing 1606-XLE240E 0.2.0 package unchanged, including its original
  component SVG and native Ignition view, project, and tag exports.
• Add GitHub Pages deployment, versioned GitHub Releases, and browser tests.
