Describe the bug
There are two issues.
- A few Too many little rats in and around the castle.
- A few Too many large Rats in Lumbridge Swamp.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Run around Lumbridge and Lumbridge Swamp.
Expected behavior
Few Spawns.

Source : There was an update either in 2010-2011 that I clearly remember reading in the patch notes about Jagex reducing the number of Spawns. I feel like it was around the Lumbridge Remodel Update or the 3 Heroes Introduction time.
I tried to get google to help me track it down. It gave me the exact text that I had read but not the exact patch notes.
