drop_table.py [-h] inputfile outputfile npcname
2004Scape uses .rs2 files, written in runescript to implement drop tables. To find the correct values RSC, OSRS and RS3 need to be consulted.
Fortunately they all use the same format for drop tables.

This tool parses this data and converts it to rs2. All you have to do is specify the name of the NPC according to rs2. You can find that in npc.pack
