On Home Assistant older than 2025.2, the Bluetooth layer now says it needs 2025.2 or newer, instead of asking you to restart Home Assistant.

README updated for the current release: requirements for each Connectivity Map layer (including that the Zigbee layer needs Zigbee2MQTT), the get_map and refresh_zigbee_mesh actions, how to report a problem with a debug report, and undo/redo.
