Sley v1.1 marks the strict self-hosted release of Sley.

Highlights

• Parser, checker, lint, runtime, bootstrap, and report semantics are owned by Sley source.
• Adds the bounded read-only MCP bridge, staged Git guard, and report-only graph diff.
• Expands deterministic developer tooling, structural change, verification, and evidence surfaces.
• Release proof: 42 schemas, 128 contract fixtures, 199 integration checks, and all 23 local v1 gate targets passing.
