Drag-and-drop support: drag files from the Document Tabs tree into Copilot Chat, Claude Code, or any drop target that accepts file URIs
Dragging a group drags all file URIs within that group
Close (✕) button now appears on pinned tabs in the inline actions
7 new test cases for drag-and-drop controller (MIME types, single/multi file, group expansion, non-file tab handling)

Fixed

Pinned tabs were missing the inline close button — the ✕ now shows for all tab types regardless of pin state
