OpenComponentCards v0.2. Cards now use card_version: "0.2".

What's New

Published limits (#1): an optional limits field for datasheet min, typ, and max.
Family cards (#2): a card_type: family card holds what a series shares, with value-dependent rules. Part cards link to it.
Standard conditions keys (#3): unit-in-name keys like temperature_c and dc_bias_v.
Derived sources (#4): a derived source kind with a derived_from chain back to a datasheet.
Lot vs device spread (#5): a distributions list with total, lot, and device scopes.
Structured model transforms (#6): offset, scale, replace, and affine.
Signer trust (#7): a public allow-list in trust/signers.yaml with registry, community, and verified levels, plus a Become a Signer issue form.
Multiple signatures per card: one Sigstore bundle per signer in <card>.sigs/, with optional policies that need several signers.

The single distribution is now a distributions list.
Signature files moved from <card>.sigstore.json to <card>.sigs/<signer-id>.sigstore.json.

A big thank you to Drew Owens, an engineer at Adom, who built the first real-data cards and wrote the notes that became every v0.2 issue.
