Reworked a few of the scripts to remember your last picked path

Reworked the copy dependencies script to be WAY more intuitive:

• you now give it the path to your game install and it will filter the windows.json for the bundle you want and automatically grab dependencies

Reworked the script fix script to just take the path to your sdk, and the path to your ExportedProject/Assets folder to make it less confusing
