⚠️⚠️ WARNING — READ BEFORE USE ⚠️⚠️

CHANGING VOLTAGE IS NOT RECOMMENDED.

This plugin can change the PSP's core, DDR and other supply voltages.
Getting a voltage wrong can hang, corrupt data, or permanently damage
the hardware
. The voltage rails are factory-binned per chip, and some
rails in this build are not even identified — the plugin lets you step
an unidentified supply by an unknown amount.

  • Only change voltage if you fully understand the risk and have a
unit you can afford to lose.
  • The Rail Defaults row (last row of the Overclock page) restores the
rails to safe values — use it if anything seems wrong.
  • Back up your Memory Stick before touching voltage.
  • Overclocking is use-at-your-own-risk too; it runs chips beyond spec.

What's new since v947

  • Voltage control — the Overclock page now manages the voltage rails
(Tachyon core, DDR, and four unidentified rails), not just the CPU and bus
clocks. See the warning above before touching any of them.
  • Rail Defaults — a single press (last row of the Overclock page) restores
every rail to safe values: the Tachyon rail back to its factory fuse-derived
stock code, and the DDR/unknown rails to this console's measured power-on
reference. This is the escape hatch if a voltage change goes wrong.

Overclock page (10 rows)

  1. CPU Clock
  2. Bus Clock
  3. Tachyon Voltage
  4. DDR Voltage
    5-8. Unknown rails (selectors 2/4/5/7)
  5. Mark as Stable
  6. Rail Defaults (restores all rails)

Everything else from v947 carries over

Full feature list:

Savestates with multiple slots, compression, MB/s benchmark display
Live FPS overlay (FPS, 1% Low, frametime chart) + CPU/GPU usage monitoring
Battery status overlay, capacity override, and charge control
Screen Tuning (gamma/color temp, mainly for aftermarket/IPS screens) and FPS Unlocks (per-game)
Per-game settings (video skip, auto-open, frame limit) and Overclock and Overvoltage
Download & Installation:

Download pspfatsave-v947.zip and extract it. Choose one:

debug/pspfatsave.prx - Debug build with UART logging
release/pspfatsave.prx - Release build without debug code (saves RAM)
Copy your chosen pspfatsave.prx to ms0:/seplugins/ on your PSP and enable it in your plugins config (GAME and POPS: "game pops, pspfatsave.prx, on"). For FPS Unlocks, also copy the included cheat.db to ms0:/seplugins/ (sourced from CWCheat-Database-Plus-).
Does not work well with other plugins. Please deactivate other plugin while testing the features.

How to use:
Press the "Note" key while in-game.

Requisites:

PSP-1000 only
ARK-4 6.61 CFW
Status: BETA. Please read before using:

Currently does not work on POPS (PS1) games - untested.
UMD games untested.
Do not expect it to work alongside other plugins that also hook the same systems.
Screen Tuning and FPS Unlocks are experimental and can cause instability or crashes in some games.
Some games may fail to start at all with the plugin enabled, or crash in general, independent of any specific feature.
Can corrupt the Memory Stick (has not happened in testing so far).
No guarantee that a save or load succeeds - there is a real chance of a crash.
See the README for the full safety guidelines and known issues before use.
