Pythona nie potrzebujesz — pakiet niesie własnego. Nie potrzebujesz też karty
graficznej: wszystko liczy się na CPU.

Co nowego / What's new

• Instalator sprawdza teraz wersję GIMP-a. Jeśli znajdzie GIMP-a starszego niż 3.2,
  powie to wprost, zamiast po cichu wgrać wtyczkę tam, gdzie się nie załaduje. Przy
  wersji wspieranej potwierdza, którą wykrył.
  The installer now checks the GIMP version. If it finds GIMP older than 3.2 it says so
  outright instead of quietly installing the plugin where it will not load. On a supported
  version it confirms which one it detected.

  Ostrzega, ale nie przerywa instalacji — instalowanie DepthForge przed GIMP-em jest
  celowo dozwolone; rejestrację powtórzysz skrótem z menu Start.
  It warns but does not abort — installing DepthForge before GIMP is deliberately
  allowed; retry registration with the Start menu shortcut.

• Wymagania są teraz podane od razu — w tabeli wyżej i w README, a nie dopiero
  w instrukcji w środku pakietu.
  Requirements are now stated up front — in the table above and in the README, not only in
  the instructions inside the package.

Poza kontrolą wersji GIMP-a zawartość jest ta sama: ten sam pipeline, te same modele, ten sam
prywatny CPython 3.12.13.
Apart from the GIMP version check the contents are unchanged: same pipeline, same models, same
private CPython 3.12.13.

• Tryb tyflograficzny — kontury szerokie i płytkie, 3–5 dyskretnych poziomów wysokości,
  zgodnie z wytycznymi muzealnymi. Nie jest to wariant kosmetyczny: dobra mapa dotykowa jest
  przeciwieństwem dobrej mapy wizualnej.
  Tactile mode — broad shallow contours, 3–5 discrete height levels, following museum
  guidelines. Not a cosmetic variant: a good tactile map is the opposite of a good visual one.

Zmiany od 0.1.3 / Changes since 0.1.3

Kod jest identyczny z 0.1.5 — zmienia się wyłącznie numer wersji, który odzwierciedla
potwierdzenie działania na Windowsie.
The code is identical to 0.1.5 — only the version number changes, reflecting that Windows has
now been confirmed working.

• Naprawiona rejestracja wtyczki na Windowsie. Instalator 0.1.3 kopiował pliki, ale kończył
  się błędem i nie rejestrował wtyczki — wypisywał znaki spoza polskiej strony kodowej cp1250.
  Dotyczyło to każdego Windowsa bez ustawień UTF-8.
  Fixed plugin registration on Windows. The 0.1.3 installer copied its files but errored out
  without registering the plugin — it printed characters outside the Polish cp1250 code page.
  This affected any Windows whose locale is not UTF-8.

• Naprawione pobieranie modeli w wariantach lite (.tar.gz / .zip), dotknięte tym samym
  problemem.
  Fixed model download in the lite variants, which had the same problem.

PL — jeśli masz 0.1.3 na Windowsie, zainstaluj tę wersję. Instalator 0.1.3 kopiował pliki,
ale nie rejestrował wtyczki w GIMP-ie — kończył się okienkiem z błędem, a w menu Filtry
nie pojawiało się nic. To wydanie naprawia tę usterkę. Poza tym bez zmian: te same modele, ten
sam pipeline, ten sam prywatny CPython 3.12.13.

EN — if you have 0.1.3 on Windows, install this one. The 0.1.3 installer copied its files
but failed to register the GIMP plugin — it ended with an error dialog and nothing appeared
under Filters. This release fixes that. Nothing else changed: same models, same pipeline, same
private CPython 3.12.13.

• Rejestracja wtyczki na Windowsie (.exe i .zip). Instalator wypisywał na konsolę znaki
  spoza polskiej strony kodowej cp1250 (→, ✓) i przerywał się z UnicodeEncodeError
  w połowie rejestracji. Pliki zostawały zainstalowane, wtyczka — nie.
  Plugin registration on Windows. The installer printed characters outside the Polish cp1250
  code page (→, ✓) and aborted with UnicodeEncodeError halfway through registering the
  plugin. The files installed; the plugin did not.

• Pobieranie modeli w wariantach lite (.tar.gz / .zip). Ten sam problem dotyczył paska
  postępu w download_models.py — dotyczyłby każdej instalacji pobierającej modele.
  Model download in the lite variants. The same problem affected the progress bar in
  download_models.py; it would have hit every install that downloads models.

Dotyczy to każdego Windowsa, którego ustawienia regionalne nie są UTF-8 — czyli praktycznie
każdego polskiego. Linux i AppImage nie były dotknięte.
This affected any Windows whose locale is not UTF-8 — in practice every Polish one. Linux and
the AppImage were unaffected.

Uaktualnienie / Upgrading

Uruchom nowy instalator — sam usunie poprzednią instalację wtyczki. Zrestartuj GIMP-a.
Run the new installer; it removes the previous plugin installation itself. Restart GIMP.

PL — jeden plik, zero pytań o Pythona. Na Windowsie jest teraz zwykły instalator .exe,
a na Linuksie AppImage. Oba niosą modele w środku (~686 MB), więc instalacja nie wymaga
internetu w ogóle. Każdy pakiet zawiera własnego CPythona 3.12.13 z numpy, OpenCV, OpenVINO
i SciPy — nie potrzebujesz Pythona w systemie i nie ma znaczenia, jakiej wersji używa
Twój GIMP.

EN — one file, no Python questions. Windows now gets a regular .exe installer and Linux
an AppImage. Both carry the models inside (~686 MB), so installing needs no internet at
all. Each package ships a private CPython 3.12.13 with numpy, OpenCV, OpenVINO and SciPy —

Uwagi / Notes

• Instalator windowsowy nie został przetestowany na Windowsie — powstaje przez kompilację
  krzyżową na Linuksie, gdzie nie da się go uruchomić. Zgłaszaj problemy w Issues.
  The Windows installer is untested on Windows: it is cross-built on Linux.
• AppImage wymaga FUSE, jak każdy AppImage. Jeśli nie startuje i narzeka na libfuse
  albo fusermount, doinstaluj FUSE 2 swojej dystrybucji albo użyj .tar.gz.
  The AppImage needs FUSE. Without it, use the .tar.gz.
• Nie kasuj pliku po instalacji. AppImage jest interpreterem, który wywołuje GIMP,
  a na Windowsie trzyma go katalog instalacyjny. Przenieść można — wystarczy uruchomić
  ponownie z nowego miejsca.
  Do not delete the file after installing — GIMP calls the Python inside it. Moving is fine;
  just run it again from the new location.
• Pakiety liczą na CPU. device: "GPU" w config.json nie zadziała — pluginy GPU/NPU
  OpenVINO są celowo usunięte, bo pipeline używa wyłącznie CPU.
  CPU only by design; the OpenVINO GPU/NPU plugins are pruned.
• Warianty .tar.gz / .zip pobierają modele z wydania v0.1.0 — nie usuwaj tamtego
  wydania. The archive variants fetch models from the v0.1.0 release; do not delete it.
